By using Finding Your Village, you agree to these terms. The app is a directory of childcare providers and does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the quality or availability of any listed provider.
You may browse the directory for free. Personal features (favorites, child profiles, reviews) require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.
Providers may purchase a "Featured Listing" subscription for $29/month, billed via Stripe. Listings are promoted in search results while the subscription is active. Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You should independently verify a provider's credentials, licensing, and suitability before engaging their services.
We are not liable for any harm or loss arising from your interactions with any childcare provider found through the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
